What moves
Bringing your data from Outlook
Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.
From an export file
Export your data from Outlook and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.
Any spreadsheet you export from Outlook can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.
Moving from Outlook
Questions about switching
Can I keep my Outlook address?
Yes. Add Account connects Outlook as its own mailbox: its mail is copied into Mail, replies leave from its address, and nothing is deleted at Outlook.
Do my labels and folders come with me?
A connected account keeps its own folders in the rail, and Labels in Mail are the same labels every Calisto app uses.
Is my mail private from senders?
Images in received mail load through Calisto, so a sender never sees your address, your device or when you open their message.
