Questions about switching

How do we bring our Lightspeed data over?

In the Lightspeed Restaurant Back Office, open Customers, Customer list and click Export, then drop the file into the switch tool. Your customers come in as clients. Menus and items are set up in Dine's Menus and Items.

Does the till keep working when the internet drops?

Yes. The till sells offline and sends each sale once the connection is back. Home, Today, the floor and the kitchen display keep what was on screen with the time it was read.

Do we still connect to the delivery apps?

Yes. Delivery platforms connect once in Channels, with Sync, and their orders reach the same kitchen display. A dish marked sold out is sold out on every one of them.
