Questions about switching
Do my Klaviyo lists come over?
No. Segments has no import of another tool's lists. People come into Calisto through Deals' import; a smart list is rebuilt from its criteria and fills itself, and a static list is filled by adding people or companies to it.
Can a list follow what people do with the business?
Yes. A list can match who is checked in now, arriving or leaving within a set number of days, holding a ticket for an upcoming event or an active member, and who made a purchase, a booking or connected to the WiFi a set number of days ago.
Who receives a campaign sent to a list?
Only the people on it who agreed to marketing (with Campaigns). The same list can also be a sequence's audience or start a rule when someone joins or leaves it (with Automations).
Does a smart list need refreshing?
No. Its criteria are answered again every time the list is opened, and the builder shows a live count of who matches while you set them.
