Questions about switching

How do we bring our Joblogic data over?

Export your customers, sites and jobs from Joblogic to CSV or Excel and drop the files into the switch tool. Customers come in as clients with their addresses, and jobs as work orders. Calisto has no direct Joblogic connector.

Can we still issue gas safety records?

Yes. A certificate runs on the phone to its standard, works with no signal, and is issued and sent from the task, with Assure. The certificate follows the standard your business sets.

How do our planned maintenance contracts come across?

Each contract becomes a membership with recurring dues and the tasks it includes. Joining puts those tasks on the calendar, each with its own work order, and a done one uses one of the period's included tasks.
