Questions about switching

How do we bring our Jobber data over?

Export your clients and jobs from Jobber as CSV files and drop them into the switch tool, which reads Jobber's own columns. Clients, properties and jobs come over, each job as a work order at the stage its status names. Canceled jobs are left behind.

Can our technicians keep working with no signal?

Yes. Trades installs as an app on the phone. My Day, the calendar and every task open with no signal, and on my way, arrive, checklist, photos, parts and complete are held on the phone and sent once the line is back. Invoicing at the door and taking a payment need the connection.

How do we take payment on site?

On one of your business's card readers, by the invoice's pay QR, by a payment link, or in cash. Trades has no tap to pay on the phone.
