Bringing your data from IDnow
Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.
From an export file
Export your data from IDnow and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.
Any spreadsheet you export from IDnow can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.
Moving from IDnow
Questions about switching
Can people verify by video call or with a national eID?
No. A check in Identity is a document scan, a liveness check and a face match on the person's own phone. Identity has no video identification, NFC chip reading or eID login.
Do the people IDnow already verified come over?
No. Identity has no import for another provider's results. Request Verification takes a spreadsheet of the people you need and emails each one a personal link.
Can a signer prove who they are before signing?
Yes, with Sign. A document can require each signer to pass an identity check first, and the certificate of completion lists how each signer proved who they were. Qualified electronic signatures for individuals are not offered.
Where does the result go?
Onto the person's contact record, which every Calisto app reads, so a check-in, a signature or an event door that needs a verified person opens as soon as the check is approved.
