What moves

Bringing your data from Google Sheets

Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.

From an export file

Export your data from Google Sheets and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.

Any spreadsheet you export from Google Sheets can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Questions about switching

Do my spreadsheets open in Sheets?

Download them from Google Sheets as XLSX, ODS or CSV and open them in Sheets from your device or Depot; formulas are recalculated by Calisto's own engine. Charts are made again in Sheets, where they stay in the spreadsheet.

Can my team keep editing together?

Yes. Several people edit one spreadsheet at once, merged cell by cell with each person's cursor shown, comments pin to cells and can be handed to someone, and every save is a version you can compare and restore.

What does Sheets add?

A tab can be filled from the records your business keeps in Calisto (bookings, deals, payments, stock, members, ticket holders, the roster and Ledger's statements), read again Live, on Refresh or kept as a Snapshot, and a tab's lines can become an invoice in Ledger, or a task in Dispatch.
