PRICING TRANSPARENCY
1% of revenue on Commerce. Core is included.
Gigwell charges per-user-per-month. Overture charges per-artist-per-month. Calisto is free to set up. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace. No per-user fees, no per-artist fees. You pay when you earn.

WHAT THEY CANNOT DO
Full talent operations. Included.
Gigwell handles booking workflows. Overture handles artist CRM. But managing talent requires contracts, riders, commissions, settlements, and marketing that neither platform offers.
Contracts & E-Signatures: Included
Gigwell offers contract templates but no native e-signatures. Overture has no contract tools at all. Calisto Sign provides legally binding digital contracts from templates with merge fields, e-signature capture, automatic reminders, counter-signing workflows, and audit trails. Contracts link directly to the deal record, the artist profile, and the financial settlement.
Rider Management: Included
Neither Gigwell nor Overture tracks riders. Calisto provides structured rider management for both hospitality items and technical equipment requirements. Attach riders to deals, track fulfillment status, assign items to venues, and generate purchase orders. Venue staff see rider requirements in their Ops dashboard, and every line stays linked to the deal, the venue and the settlement. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Commission Engine: Included
Gigwell has basic commission tracking. Overture tracks nothing. Calisto automates multi-tier commission calculations with agent splits, manager overrides, and co-agent sharing. Commissions accrue in real-time as deals close. Payment schedules generate automatically. Everything syncs to your accounting system.
Artist Growth plans careers. Calisto runs them.
Artist Growth is a task and career planning tool for individual artists. But as your roster grows, you need bookings, contracts, payment processing, royalty distribution, and omnichannel communication. Calisto delivers the complete management platform that scales with your roster.
One artist or 200, same platform.
One solo act or a roster of 200, Calisto handles bookings, contracts, payments, and royalty splits for every artist. Each one gets a professional profile, portal access, and financial tracking. No per-artist fees. No add-ons.
Choose your processor. Not theirs.
Gigwell has limited payment options. Overture has no payment processing. Calisto connects to 75 payment gateways across 11 global regions. Collect deposits, process settlements, and pay commissions through your own merchant account. Your rates. Zero lock-in.

Switching questions
Does Calisto handle all deal types (VS, Guarantee, Door, Co-Pro)?
Yes. Calisto supports all 5 standard deal types: Versus, Guarantee, Door Deal, Guarantee Plus Percentage, and Co-Promotion. Each deal type has its own settlement logic with real-time P&L calculations. Multi-currency support handles international tours.
Can artists and venues access their own portal?
Yes. Calisto Navigator provides self-service portals for artists, venues, and clients. Artists see their upcoming bookings, contracts to sign, rider status, and payment history. Venues see confirmed holds, production requirements, and settlement details. All without giving them access to your back office.
How does commission tracking work across multiple agents?
Calisto supports multi-tier commission structures: primary agent, co-agent splits, manager overrides, and agency fees. Set rules once per artist or per deal type. Commissions calculate in real-time as deals confirm and settle. Payment schedules sync to QuickBooks or Xero automatically.
Can I manage both the booking and the show production?
Yes. Calisto covers the full pipeline from initial offer to post-show settlement. The Ops endurance and concerts verticals provide Run of Show timelines, crew rostering, call sheets, equipment tracking, and BEO generation. Everything connects to the same deal and settlement record.
How does pricing work?
Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 71 products with no feature restrictions. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.
Why do you charge a percentage of revenue?
Because it makes us partners, not a vendor. A flat subscription means your software company collects the same fee in your best month and your worst. A revenue share means we only grow when you grow. Slow month or off-season? Your bill scales down with you.
