Questions about switching

Can I announce something to guests who are here right now?

Yes. An announcement goes to current guests, such as those checked in now or arriving within a few days, by email, SMS, push or on screens. It needs no marketing opt-in, and suppression, opt-outs and a footer saying why they received it apply.

Can I stop a send that is already going out?

Yes. A campaign sent at each person's local time or best hour goes out in waves, and Stop the Rest cancels the waves not yet started.

Where do my automations live?

On the one Automations engine. Campaigns' Sequences page and Automations show the same rules and sequences, and a marketing step goes through the same consent, suppression, weekly cap and quiet hours as any campaign (with Automations).

How are bounces handled?

The Deliverability page shows delivery, bounce and complaint rates, hard bounces are removed from future sends automatically, and the business is told when the bounce rate spikes.
