Questions about switching
Can I bring my CapCut projects?
No. Video has no import of another editor’s project. Export your finished videos and drop them on Video’s Home: each one becomes a Video with it placed, and its footage lands in Depot.
Can I make vertical Shorts from a long video?
Yes. Make Shorts proposes a Video’s moments from its transcript, and each one you pick becomes a vertical, captioned Clip that opens in Clips.
Does Video have AI voices, avatars or stock footage?
No. Video edits your own footage, recordings and sounds, with designed titles and templates.
