Questions about switching

How do we bring our recipes over from Apicbase?

Recipes come in from a spreadsheet through Recipes, Import in Dine, each through the same checks as a recipe written by hand. Calisto has no direct Apicbase connector.

Does food cost follow the till?

Yes. Each dish sold takes its recipe from stock, and Food Cost compares actual and theoretical usage, with waste and pour variance beside it.

Where do the food-safety checks live?

Routine Checks holds the opening and closing checks, run from any phone, and Readings is the temperature log. They are Assure's checks, so a growing group keeps them as it adds sites.
