Questions about switching
Is the points program part of Circle's referral and affiliate program?
No. It is a separate opt-in. A business switches it on to award points, and its members earn and spend across every business on Calisto that takes part, like an airline miles program.
Where can members spend their points?
On the global rewards catalog, on the business's own rewards when it switches them on, and on Calisto Local and World.
How do members move up a tier?
Four tiers, Circle, Select, Premier and Icon, are reached by what a member spends in a year.
Can staff enrol a guest at the counter?
Yes. A guest is enrolled on the spot, and a redemption is marked used when it is handed over. Members' points and tier also show on their membership in Registry (with Registry).
