Bringing your data from Affinity Photo
Your data is read in your own browser and sent to your Calisto account. Calisto never sees your login for the old system.
From an export file
Export your data from Affinity Photo and drop the file in. It is read in your browser and mapped onto Calisto.
Any spreadsheet you export from Affinity Photo can be mapped onto Calisto, column by column.

Questions about switching
Do my Affinity files open in Foto?
No. Foto has no import for Affinity's own files. Export the finished picture, or the layers you need as images, and add them to a layered Photo.
Can I work with Photoshop files?
Foto saves a layered Photo as a layered PSD that keeps its layers, masks, blends, groups, text, adjustments and styles, and says in plain words what the file could not hold. Opening a PSD is Studio's: it opens as a design. Foto has no PSD import of its own.
Does Foto record and replay steps?
No. Foto has no macros. Bulk Auto gives each photo of a set its own Auto and then a look, which covers repeating a look across many photos.
Do I need the layers tools for everyday edits?
No. Adjust is everyone's: Auto, Looks, Light, Color, Crop and every fix to part of a photo. The Layers workspace is Foto Pro's.
