Setting up your business on Calisto Pro

Create an organization in Purview to run your business. One login handles multiple businesses.

Your personal account and your business account are two different things running through the same login.

Your personal account was created at signup. It holds your calendar, your files, your fitness data. To run a business, you create an organization: a separate account with its own data, its own billing, and its own team members.

Open Purview from the hub rail and tap Create Organization. Name your business, set your country, and confirm your default currency and timezone. Your organization is live. You can invite team members, subscribe to suites, and start operating.

One login, multiple businesses. You can create more than one organization. A restaurant owner who also runs a catering company creates two organizations. Both appear in the account switcher. Switching between them changes your context (the apps, data, and team you see), but your personal apps (Agenda, Active, Depot) stay visible in every context.

The key distinction: your personal account is yours. Your organization is your business. Data in your organization is scoped to that organization. Your personal data never crosses over, and organizational data never leaks into your personal space.

Each organization can have its own infrastructure, its own storage, and its own subscription. The account switcher is the only thing you touch to move between them.
