By its export file

Migration guide

Move your data from Shopify

Shopify does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Exporting from Shopify

  1. In your Shopify admin, open Customers and click Export.
  2. Choose All customers and "CSV for Excel, Numbers, and other spreadsheet programs", then click Export Customers.
  3. A small export downloads; a large one is emailed to the store admin. Drop the CSV below (export Orders and Products the same way if you want them).

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
