Move your data from Procore
Procore does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What comes across
Calisto has no reader for Procore’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from Procore
- In Procore, open the Company level Directory tool.
- Choose the Users or Companies tab, click Export, and select CSV.
- Drop each file below.
The Contacts and inactive views cannot be exported.
