Move your data from Mindbody
Mindbody does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Calisto has no reader for Mindbody’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from Mindbody
- In Mindbody, open Reports → Clients → Marketing → Mailing Lists.
- Set the list to Email List, choose All clients and Opt-in status All Clients, then click Generate.
- Click Export (Excel or CSV) and drop the file below.
Mindbody also sells a full data export with memberships, visits and transactions.
