Move your data from HubSpot

HubSpot does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What comes across

Calisto has no reader for HubSpot’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.

Exporting from HubSpot

  1. In HubSpot, open CRM → Contacts (or Companies, Deals).
  2. Click Export at the top right of the table.
  3. Choose CSV and keep all properties selected, then export.
  4. Download the file from the email link and drop it below.

Exporting needs a super admin or the CRM export permission.
