The key you will need
Token
In HotelRunner, open My Property → Apps/API and create a token for this integration.
HR_ID
Your property's HR_ID, shown beside the token.

Export file
Exporting from HotelRunner
Export your records from HotelRunner as a CSV, Excel, JSON or ZIP file. Any spreadsheet of names and email addresses works too.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
