This Addendum supplements the Subscriber Agreement. It takes effect when you verify your age to view or publish adult content through the Content Creators product on the Site. Where this Addendum conflicts with the Subscriber Agreement, this Addendum prevails.

This Addendum has two parts. Part 1 applies to every person who verifies their age to view adult content ("Viewer"). Part 2 applies to every subscriber who activates the Class A process to publish adult content ("Creator"). If you are both a viewer and a creator, both parts apply to you.

1. Our Commitment to Compliance

It is the intention of North Coast Vacations, Inc. to comply with all laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate. Where the law of your country grants you rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights apply and override any conflicting provision of this Addendum.

2. Contracting Entity

All obligations under this Addendum are between you and North Coast Vacations, Inc., RNC 132-08055-6, Pedro Clisante 73, Sosúa, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic ("Calisto").

PART 1 — VIEWERS

3. Age Verification

3.1. To view adult content on the Site, you must verify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age by completing identity verification through Calisto's identity verification provider. Verification requires a government-issued identity document and a liveness check.

3.2. Your verification status is recorded on your account. You verify once and your status applies across the Site.

3.3. Calisto may require you to re-verify your identity at any time.

4. Geographic Restrictions

4.1. Adult content is not available to viewers in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law. Calisto maintains a list of restricted jurisdictions and enforces geographic restrictions at the network edge.

4.2. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you will not be able to access adult content, regardless of your verification status.

4.3. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions — through a VPN, proxy, or any other means — is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Viewer Conduct

5.1. You must not redistribute, download (unless the creator has enabled downloads), screen-capture, record, or otherwise reproduce adult content accessed through the Site.

5.2. Purchases of adult content are transactions between you and the creator. Calisto is not a party to these transactions. Refund requests, disputes, and complaints about purchased content are directed to the creator.

5.3. To report content that you believe is illegal or violates the Acceptable Use Policy, use the reporting mechanism on the page where the content appears, or open a support ticket at https://pro.calistoco.com/support/tickets.

PART 2 — CREATORS

6. Class A Activation

6.1. To publish adult content, you must first be an active subscriber in the Content Creators product. Class A is a configuration within that product, not a separate product.

6.2. Class A activation requires:

• Identity verification: a government-issued identity document and a liveness check confirming you are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Connection of a custom domain: adult content is served exclusively on your own verified custom domain and must never appear on any Calisto-branded domain
• Acceptance of this Addendum

6.3. Calisto may add additional activation requirements — including entity verification, compliance screening, and payment gateway connection — as these become available. Calisto notifies you of new requirements before they take effect.

6.4. Class A activation applies only to your personal Calisto account. It cannot be activated on a business account.

7. Your Role as Primary Producer

7.1. You are the primary producer of all adult content you publish through the Site, as defined under 18 USC §2257. Calisto is not the primary producer.

7.2. As primary producer, you must:

• Hold a valid government-issued identity document for every person depicted in your content, confirming they were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production
• Maintain these records for seven (7) years after the content is last published
• Produce these records to any authorized inspector within twenty (20) business days of a request
• Comply with all record-keeping requirements applicable to primary producers in every jurisdiction where your content is accessible

7.3. Each time you upload adult content, you sign a §2257 attestation confirming compliance with these obligations. The attestation is stored as a legal record.

8. Content Standards

8.1. All adult content must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, the following content is prohibited without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of a minor in a sexual context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, coercion, or trafficking
• Content for which you do not hold valid §2257 records
• Content that has not passed Calisto's automated content moderation scan

8.2. Calisto scans all adult content uploads through automated moderation. Content that does not pass the scan is not published and is not accessible to viewers.

9. Domain and Branding

9.1. All adult content you publish is served exclusively on your own verified custom domain. You must connect a custom domain as part of the Class A activation process.

9.2. Your custom domain resolves through Calisto's edge infrastructure. Calisto's branding does not appear on your domain, in your content, or in any viewer-facing surface.

9.3. The one exception: you may preview your own adult content inside your own creator console on the Calisto platform. This preview is visible only to you and is the only context in which adult content appears on a Calisto-branded domain.

10. Geographic Restrictions

10.1. Calisto maintains a list of jurisdictions where adult content is prohibited by law. Your content is blocked at the network edge for viewers in those jurisdictions.

10.2. You may add additional jurisdictions to your own block list. You may not remove jurisdictions from Calisto's list.

10.3. If Calisto adds a jurisdiction to the block list, the change takes effect immediately. Calisto notifies you within seven (7) calendar days.

11. Payment

11.1. End-user payments for your content — subscriptions, purchases, and tips from your viewers — are transactions between you and your viewers, processed through the payment gateway you connect during activation (such as CCBill, Segpay, or Verotel). Calisto does not process, hold, or touch end-user payments for adult content.

11.2. Calisto invoices you separately for its platform fee as a business-to-business software charge. This charge is debited from your Calisto Pay balance under the Payment Terms.

11.3. Calisto Pay cannot be used by viewers to pay for adult content.

12. Livestreaming

12.1. If you use the livestreaming feature within the Content Creators product for adult content, the following additional rules apply:

• Viewers must have completed age verification before accessing your livestream
• Geographic restrictions apply to livestreams in the same way as to uploaded content
• Calisto monitors livestreams through automated moderation. A moderation flag may result in immediate termination of the session
• Calisto performs periodic identity checks during your livestream to confirm you are the verified creator. Repeated failures may result in termination of the session
• Recordings of your livestream are stored under the same terms as uploaded content, including encryption and §2257 attestation

13. Content Moderation and Reporting

13.1. Calisto accepts reports about adult content through the reporting mechanism on the page where the content appears and through support tickets. In the European Union, Calisto complies with the notice-and-action process required by the Digital Services Act.

13.2. When Calisto receives a report, you are notified and given the opportunity to respond. You may keep, restrict, or remove the reported content. If you do not respond within seven (7) calendar days, Calisto may restrict or remove the content.

13.3. Calisto staff reviewing reports do not view adult content. Reports are reviewed using metadata only.

14. Indemnification

You indemnify Calisto against any third-party claim arising from your adult content, including claims related to intellectual property infringement, defamation, §2257 non-compliance, content depicting minors, and any claim by a person depicted in your content. This indemnification does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Calisto's own negligence or breach.

15. Suspension and Termination

15.1. Calisto may suspend or terminate your Class A access immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following:

• Any content that depicts or appears to depict a minor
• A law enforcement request or court order
• A chargeback ratio exceeding 0.65% on your connected payment gateway
• A VAMP or VIRP early warning from a card network
• Failure of a §2257 attestation or record-keeping obligation
• Violation of the content standards in Section 8
• A compliance screening match (sanctions, PEP, adverse media)

15.2. Upon termination of your Class A access:

• Your adult content is no longer accessible to viewers
• Your payment gateway webhook ingestion is disabled
• Viewer sessions on your content are expired
• A legal hold is placed on your content records for the retention period required by law
• After the legal hold period, your content and its encryption keys are permanently destroyed

15.3. Termination of Class A does not terminate your Calisto account. You may continue to use the Content Creators product for non-adult content and all other Calisto products.

16. Calisto's Right to Discontinue

16.1. Calisto may discontinue the Class A process entirely upon thirty (30) days' notice to all active Class A creators.

16.2. If Calisto discontinues Class A, creators have thirty (30) days to export their content. After that period, content is taken down and handled per Section 15.2.

16.3. Discontinuation of Class A does not affect the Content Creators product for non-adult content or any other Calisto product.

17. Changes to This Addendum

17.1. Calisto amends this Addendum by publishing the change on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, Calisto notifies you by email or in-app notification at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

17.2. Your continued use of the Class A process after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you deactivate Class A before the change takes effect.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.1. This Addendum is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

18.2. Any dispute arising under this Addendum is resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you can bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
