THE SAME ANSWER AT EVERY COUNTER

How do top retail stores maximize the profitability of every shelf?

One catalog behind the counter, the website, and every location. Turn any tablet or phone into a register with Station, stock it from one inventory, and run the floor on a standard the system enforces rather than one somebody remembers.

Boutique · Gift Shop · Specialty Store · Multi-Store Chain · Brand-Owned · Pop-Up

Calisto Pro

One operating system for store operations

Everything a cashier, a floor associate, a stockroom lead, and a shopper touches, running off one record. A standalone flagship store and a multi-location retail chain are held to the same standard.

Every Retail Floor

One platform for every store owner

The format changes. The login does not.

  1. One catalog behind every register, so a price changed once is right on the shelf, on the receipt and online.

  2. Opening, closing, merchandising and returns procedures assigned to a role and confirmed on the day, rather than a story about how it is normally done.

  3. Cash counted against expected at close, per register and per shift, with the variance logged where a manager sees it that night.

ADD YOUR TEAM

Three ways to add your team to Calisto Pro

Three options adapt to every subscriber.

Agenda

Add anyone to your system for tasks and scheduling

Add any Calisto user to your system to assign tasks or scheduling. This allows the user to be included in tasks and scheduling through Agenda. Because the user only sees the assigned task or shift, this is a great option for shift employees, third-party contractors, and volunteers.

Station

Decide what every employee sees of your system

Give each employee access to just what they need so they can do their job with ease with Station. Start with a pre-made template or customize each portal as your needs change. Station works best for companies that use Workforce.

Full access

Admins who see everything

Add additional users as needed for full access to every app, every screen, and every record. Available at no additional cost for subscribers of Calisto Commerce and Calisto Ops.

Your team, your portals, and your admin access are all managed in Purview.

The Store Plan

Fixtures, counters, and the back of house.

Draw the shop floor and the stockroom behind it. Registers, service stations, fixtures and back of house equipment are all in the catalog, and the zones you mark are the zones access grants and occupancy counts both read. A plan that knows where the stockroom is makes counting what is in it a walk rather than a hunt.

Calisto Core · Calisto Nexus

Catalog & Omnichannel

One product record carrying price, images, variants and copy, with the web store selling from the same stock as the shop floor and a locator that sends people to the branch that has it.

One Product Record

Price, cost, margin, variants, images and channel listings sit on the item the stock engine already tracks. There is no second catalog to keep in step, because the retail view and the stockroom view are the same row read two ways.

Stock, Per Location

Every branch, warehouse and stockroom carries its own count against the same product. That is what lets the locator answer "who has it" honestly instead of sending someone across town to an empty shelf.

The stock lifecycle

Inventory, Purchasing & Transfers

One count per SKU per location, moving as things sell, arrive and transfer, with purchase orders that draft themselves and transfers that track in transit.

Sale Drops the Count

Stock moves on the transaction, not on a weekly cycle count, and no shelf walk is needed to confirm it.

Point of Sale & Payments

A register that sells from the same catalog every other screen reads, card and cash settling to your own accounts, and a terminal failure that does not close the store.

One Catalog Behind Every POS

The register does not hold its own price list. It reads the catalog, so a markdown entered once is live at the counter, on the web store and on the shelf label without three people being told. A new SKU is sellable the moment it is received, not the moment someone remembers to add it locally.

A purchase made at one branch returns at another against the receipt that created it. One customer record, one stock movement, one refund line, and no manager overriding a POS because the system cannot see the original transaction.

Checkout continues on any other device on the floor because the catalog and the customer record are not held on the broken machine. Queued transactions settle when connectivity returns, so an outage is an inconvenience rather than a closed shop on the busiest day.

Calisto Engage

Loyalty, Marketing & Reviews

A customer record built by transactions rather than by a signup form, with campaigns segmented on purchase history and review routing that keeps a bad afternoon off your listing.

The Purchase Creates the Record

Every sale attaches to a contact, so the customer history exists without staff running a data-entry exercise at the counter. Purchase frequency, category preference and lifetime value are queries against real transactions, not fields somebody was supposed to maintain.

Tiers That Move on What People Bought

Loyalty tiers advance on purchase behaviour: spend thresholds, visit frequency, category mix. The tier travels with the customer across every channel and every location.

Calisto Work

Staff Scheduling & Labour

Rotas built against trading hours, published to the phones of the people working them, and a swap that updates for everyone at once rather than in a message thread half the team is not in.

Rotas Against Real Footfall

Shift schedules, swap requests, and absence management in one app, on the phones of the people working the shifts.

What Changes

Consistency is not a personality trait. It is infrastructure.

Three things decide whether a shopper comes back. None of them require another location, and none of them start with a discount.

SOPs That Keep Every Store on Standard

Equip floor staff and managers with digital opening and closing checklists, visual merchandising guides, and daily operational logs on their phones. Every location opens the same way, and you can see that it did without driving there. Your worst location reflects more on your brand than your best one.

Fix Issues Before They Cost You Sales

Convert register discrepancies and equipment problems directly into repair work orders, raised from the floor with an owner and a due time instead of a text message read on Sunday. A broken POS terminal on a Saturday afternoon is revenue you never get back.

Customer-Facing Guides That Extend the Experience

Share digital lookbooks, size charts, and event announcements via instant links on any device, published from the same catalog your register reads. The store that communicates well outside its walls drives traffic through its doors.

The Difference a Standard Makes

Shoppers don't stop returning over big mistakes. They stop when the details aren't correct.

THE CALISTO DIFFERENCE

Run like a brand. Price like one.

A retailer running on one standard can hold its prices, because there is something to hold them with.

Central de comando

Every store, same screen, same standard.

Sales and stock with the day's exceptions beside them. Price, promotion and procedure set once and read wherever they are worked, so the shop runs on a standard rather than on whoever is in today.

Sales, Stock and the Day's Exceptions

Per-location sales and stock in one view, with the exceptions that need a decision beside them. The window display, the price and the promotion land in every store on the day they were set.

Store Health

Basket size, conversion, and stock accuracy per store against the group. The location drifting from standard shows on Tuesday, not in Monday's four emailed spreadsheets.

91%

"Is It in Stock at the Other Branch?"

Answered at the counter from live stock across every location, with a transfer or a hold placed on the spot. The phone call and the maybe are gone.

The Drawer Reconciles Itself

Cash counted against expected at close, per register and per shift, with the variance logged where a manager sees it that night rather than discussed on Monday.

SOPs on Every Phone on the Floor

Opening, closing, merchandising, and returns procedures assigned to a role and confirmed on the day. The standard is a checklist rather than a story about how the flagship does it.

The Terminal Dies on a Saturday

An issue is raised against the store, routed, and tracked to resolution instead of texted to the owner and fixed when someone is free.

Why Clients Love Calisto Pro

What a shopper notices, and what holds it in place

What changes when the price, the count, the checklist and the day's takings are the same record, and nobody has to remember any of it.

1

The Connections

Six apps. One store.

The price on the tag is the price at the register because there is one catalog behind both, not two systems that are meant to match.

Station

The terminal reads the same catalog the shelf label was printed from, so a promotion starts and ends at the till on the day it was set rather than the day someone reprints.

Catalog

One product record behind the shop floor, the website and the marketplace listing, so a price change is one edit instead of three and a drift nobody notices.

Inventory

Purchasing, receiving and inter-store transfers on one stock count, so what the system says is on the shelf is what a customer will actually find there.

Assure

Opening and closing checklists that somebody actually signed, and a stock discrepancy that becomes a tracked work order rather than a note on the back of a receipt.

Workforce

Shifts, breaks and who has keys on the same roster as the schedule, with labour cost against the day it was spent rather than against a monthly total.

Ledger

Sales, cost of goods and shrink post to one set of books, so the margin on a line is a number you can read rather than one you calculate at quarter end.

Calisto Interact

Customer communication for retail stores

Every tool your shop needs to answer a customer is already built into Calisto Pro, and every one of them opens against the purchase history and the loyalty tier the customer is asking about.

Shared Business Number

A customer DMs about the blue bag. The staff member sees the March scarf purchase and Gold loyalty tier on the same screen. Multiple employees respond from one business number and the conversation history is visible to all, so the conversation survives the person who started it.

Questions retailers ask before the first POS

The standard stops living in your head. Checklists close out by name on the floor staff's phone, so you can see that Naco opened the way Zona Colonial did without driving across town. Pricing, return policy and brand rules arrive from headquarters as locked configuration.

A short drawer, a frozen terminal, a failed label printer: staff raise it from the floor and it becomes a tracked repair work order with an owner and a due time, not a text message you read on Sunday. The clock starts the moment the problem is seen, not the moment you hear about it.

Lookbooks, size charts, care guides and event announcements share as an instant link that opens on any phone with no app to install. Because they publish from the catalog the register reads, the guide a customer opens at home matches the shelf they walk up to.

Yes. Every sale, transfer and receiving event updates stock across all locations immediately, so the answer at the counter is a live count. Consigned stock counts on its own line, with the vendor split posting to Ledger at checkout.

It keeps selling. The terminal holds the catalog and prices locally, queues each sale signed with a local audit key, and replays the queue when the line returns. Transaction IDs are assigned at the terminal, so each sale posts to the ledger once. No duplicates, no re-keying the storm afternoon.

In the Dominican Republic the NCF sequence issues at the terminal, Consumidor Final or Factura de Crédito Fiscal chosen on the ticket, filed as an e-CF to DGII, with 606 and 607 ready for the accountant and no third-party fiscal printer in the middle. In Spain, VeriFactu-compliant e-invoicing.
