Wheelbase does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Exporting from Wheelbase
Wheelbase does not publish export steps for bookings or customers. Ask Wheelbase support for a CSV export of your customers and bookings, then drop it below.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
