Move your data from RoomRaccoon

RoomRaccoon does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Exporting from RoomRaccoon

  1. In RoomRaccoon, click Bookers and Guests in the left-hand menu.
  2. Open the Bookers or the Guests tab, scroll to the bottom, and click Download list (Excel).
  3. Drop each file below.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
