Move your data from PlanningPod
PlanningPod does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

What comes across
Calisto has no reader for PlanningPod’s records yet. Its export file still comes across as contacts, clients, properties or bookings: you map the columns yourself.
Export file
Exporting from PlanningPod
- In Planning Pod, open an event's dashboard and click Attendee List.
- Click Import/Export and choose Export to .CSV File.
- Drop the file below. The Reports area also downloads contacts and events as CSV.
Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
