WHAT A SEAT DOES NOT COVER

The seat is the start of the bill, not the end of it.

What GetAccept prices separately, beside what a Calisto proposal already carries.

  • The five-seat minimum

The sales room plan starts at five users, and every plan covers a 12-month agreement. Calisto has no seats and no agreement period.

  • Payments on the top plan

Payment integrations are an add-on on Enterprise. A Calisto client pays a deposit on the proposal link, through the account's own gateway, on every proposal.

  • Identity as its own product

GetAccept offers eID verification in four Nordic countries, with additional charges. Calisto's government ID and liveness check is its own product, priced per check.

Honest answers

Leaving GetAccept

Do my proposals move across?

Sent and signed proposals stay with GetAccept, with their signatures. Export them before you close the account. Templates rebuild in the block editor, and every proposal you send from Calisto keeps its own version history.

Can I get out of my current contract?

Upload the contract from the offer above. We read the term, the fees and the notice period, and hold what leaving costs you as credit in your Calisto wallet. Cancel, show us the proof, and it is released. A person reviews some claims, such as a contract in another currency.

What does a proposal cost?

The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority on the figure. A proposal is charged once, when it first reaches your client. The signature, every signer, reminders, re-sends and new versions are inside that charge. Quotes cost nothing.

Is anything charged on top?

Two things, both stated plainly. A government ID check on a signer is its own product, priced per check. A change order signed after the proposal is accepted is its own envelope, charged as Calisto Sign.

What does GetAccept do that Calisto Proposals does not?

The table above says so plainly. Scheduled follow-ups, AI writing, embedded video, a public API and native CRM connectors are theirs; the deal, the price book and the payment the proposal belongs to are ours.
