Move your data from Freshworks CRM

Freshworks CRM does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Export file

Exporting from Freshworks CRM

  1. As an admin, open Admin Settings → Account → Export data.
  2. Choose the time period and tick Contacts (and Accounts and Deals if you want them).
  3. Freshsales emails you a ZIP of CSV files. Drop the ZIP below as it is.

A full-range export can run once a day.

Before your first import you accept the Data Import Terms: you bring your own data with credentials you hold, and Calisto acts as your processor. Calisto never contacts the vendor for you and never sees your key. Read the terms
