Questions about switching
Can I bring my Race Roster attendees and results into Calisto Endurance?
Yes. Endurance imports tickets, results and distances, so past attendees and last edition's results arrive with the event. Open next year's edition then carries distances, waves, categories, the course, Event Staff shifts and sponsors forward.
Does my timer have to change if I move from Race Roster?
No. Endurance takes your timer's results feed by a feed key over HTTP or reads a results file, then places attendees by age group and category, adds awards and certificates, and publishes official results to attendees.
How does Check-In on Event Day compare with Race Roster's onsite app?
The bib desk hands over bibs and the door scans tickets on a phone, Check-In keeps working with no signal, and a second hand-over of the same bib is refused. Add-ons such as the shirt and the medal are handed over at the same Check-In.
