Questions about switching

How do we bring our Muzeek data over?

Export your contacts and bookings from Muzeek as spreadsheets and bring them in through the switch tool's spreadsheet import, or in Talent under Calendar, List, Import for bookings and in Deals under Settings, Import & Data for contacts. Calisto has no direct Muzeek connector.

How do holds work in Talent?

Each date has a line of holds ranked first, second and on. A hold lapses after the number of days your business sets, or with its proposal, and the next one moves up.

Can our acts see their statements?

Yes. Each act sees its dates, statements, advances still netting back and royalties in the client portal, and can ask about any line on a statement.
