Questions about switching
How do we bring our Mews data over?
Export your customer profiles and reservations from Mews and drop the files into the switch tool. Clients and stays come across into Stays. Calisto has no live Mews connection.
Does Stays prepare the police guest register?
Yes. Guest Registration keeps who signed and where, and prepares the authority file of each arrival day: SES.HOSPEDAJES for Spain, Alloggiati Web for Italy and SIBA for Portugal. The desk uploads it to the authority's own portal.
Can the hotel restaurant charge to the room?
Yes. The restaurant runs in Dine, and a client's check posts to the stay's Folio, the same record the desk settles at check-out.
