From the timer to the payment, in one loop.
Your people record their time and expenses wherever they work. You approve the week, review what goes on the invoice, bill in your client’s currency and get paid, and every reimbursement is finished, not just approved.
Every decision about work and spend, before it posts
Your books record what Velocity decides: what is billed, paid, reimbursed, and what labor costs.

Time and expenses, wherever work happens.
My Week
Submitted once, signed off once.
Ausgabenberichte
Reimbursed or billed, never stuck.

Time recorded where the work happens
Nobody has to open another app to say what they did. The Velocity circle sits on every page of every Calisto app, and every Core app records time in its own words.
A Timer on Every Page
Start and stop it from the Velocity circle, on any app, for any business you work for.
From the Calendar
Meetings and appointments become suggested entries you confirm.
In the Field
Arriving at a job starts the clock, with its location.
Expenses on the Spot
Photograph the receipt, say what it was for and the currency you paid in.
The hours are in. Now someone has to say they are right.
One week, signed off once
Clocked hours and work time sit in the same week. Each person submits it, one decision approves it, and approved weeks are locked.
Both Kinds of Hours
What was clocked and what was worked, day by day, billable kept apart.
Submit Week
From the Velocity circle or from Velocity itself.
The Review Desk
Every week, expense and request waiting on you, with its budget and rate beside it.
Locked When Approved
Who may reopen a week is your setting.
Approved is not the end. Paid is.
An expense report finishes when the money moves: reimbursed through the pay report, paid as a payable, or billed to the client.
Expenses, mileage and requests that finish
Ausgabenberichte
Receipts and notes gathered, submitted and approved.
Fahrleistung
Distance times the category’s rate, in your unit.
Travel Requests
Approved before the trip; the expenses reconcile against it.
Reimbursements
A line on the pay report, or a payment to the person.
The work is approved. Now it goes on the invoice, exactly as you decide.
Bill in your client’s currency, get paid the local way
Each project keeps its client’s currency, and each invoice is issued in it. Clients pay with the local payment methods they already use.

Velocity does not stand alone. Every Core app shows the same decisions in its own words, and Velocity shows them across every business you run, in one place.
Questions about Calisto Velocity
No. The Velocity circle sits on every page of every Calisto app: start a timer, log time already worked, submit the week and capture an expense from wherever they are. Anyone on your team, or holding one of your stations, can use it.
It is locked, and its billable hours wait for pre-bill review: write them up or down, defer them or mark them non-billable, with the original kept beside the change. Then one click puts them on the invoice, grouped the way you choose.
Your choice, as a setting: as a line on the pay report your payroll provider takes, or paid directly to the person as a payable. An expense can also be billed to the client or costed to a project.
The project’s, which is its client’s. Several projects go on one invoice only when they share a currency, and nothing is converted for you.
No. Velocity decides what is billed, paid and reimbursed; Ledger books it. If your accountant keeps the books elsewhere, export the invoices, payments and customers in the files that software imports.
