Every entry in. Every runner across the line.
Run your race from one app, all year. Open entries by distance and wave, build the course, the aid stations and the volunteer rota, hand out bibs at packet pickup, run race morning from one screen, publish results as runners cross, and invite this year’s field back to the next edition.
The race director’s whole year, in one place

screen the whole race runs from on race morning
Every distance open. Every entry counted.
Set the race once — its distances, waves and prices — and the same entries fill from the race website, the checkout and the desk at the expo.
Set the race up once, and every edition starts from it.
Races and editions
One race, a new edition every year, with last year’s distances, waves and prices carried forward to change.
المسافات
Each distance with its capacity, its start time, its cut-off and the age groups and categories that place in it.
Waves and corrals
Runners seeded into waves and corrals by predicted time, with a lottery or a qualifying time where a distance needs one.
Entries are open. Now the race gets built around the field that is filling it.
The course, the crew and the permit, on one record.
By race week the course, the aid stations, the volunteers, the sponsors and the permit are one thing rather than six spreadsheets, and nobody has to hold them together.
The course as it will be raced, and everything that has to be on it.
Course and sections
The start line, the finish line, every section between them and the cut-off on each.
محطات المساعدة
Each aid station with what it serves, its stock and its crew, and the supply runs that fill it.
Medals, shirts and chips
Medals, shirts, chips and timing mats counted against the confirmed field, not a guess.
Paid the way your runners pay.
Entry fees go through your own payment provider, in the race’s own currency, with the local methods and mobile money your runners use. Nothing is converted and nothing is defaulted.
From packet pickup to the last finisher.
Bibs collected at the expo, every wave off on time, the course watched from one screen, and results the moment a chip crosses the line.
The week every runner turns up to collect something.
Packet pickup
A runner’s code scanned, their bib, chip and shirt handed over, and who has still not collected.
The expo
Booths and exhibitors, the sponsor village, and late entries taken at the desk.
دعم العدائين
Questions about waves, transfers and parking answered from one inbox, on the runner’s own record.
The last finisher is home. Everything the race learned this year is already on the record next year starts from.
The race is over. Next year has already started.
Results out while the medals are still being handed over, the books closed from the same record, and this year’s field invited back to the next edition.
Published against a runner, not a chip number.
النتائج
Every finisher with their splits and places, published to the race website and to each runner’s own app.
Certificates and photos
Finisher certificates and finish photos found by bib number.
The books
Entries, add-ons, sponsorship and the race’s costs in one set of books, each in its own currency.
Endurance does not stand alone. The runner is the same contact your business sees everywhere, the entry is sold on the same checkout as everything else you sell, and the volunteers, the course and the books are the apps your whole business runs on.
Every channel, one connection.
The race listings runners find your race on. Connected here or in Sync, one connection serves every Calisto app it fits.

Display
Leaderboards and finish-line screens read the results as runners cross.

Questions about Calisto Endurance
Race directors and the organisations behind them: road races and fun runs, trail, ultra and mountain races, triathlon and multisport, cycling events, open-water and paddle races, obstacle and fitness racing, virtual and hybrid challenges, and charity run-walks — and the timers, race management companies, clubs, series and federations that put them on.
Through the one checkout every Calisto app sells through, on the race’s own website: each distance with its price rises by date, team and relay entries, add-ons and promo codes. Everything that happens to an entry after it is sold — the waiver, the bib, the wave, a transfer — happens in Endurance.
Yes. Entry fees go through your own payment provider, in the race’s own currency, with the local payment methods and mobile money your runners use. Nothing is converted and no currency is assumed.
Yes. One website per race comes with it, built from the race’s distances, waves, course and sponsors, and it can be live before the first entry.
If your race allows it. You choose whether entries can move to another runner or to next year, the last day they can, and the fee in its own currency. The person who receives an entry claims it with their own details and waiver.
A volunteer is a person on a shift, naming the race and the post — a marshal, an aid-station crew, packet pickup, the finish line, a sweeper. The coverage board shows every post against the people on it, so the gaps show before race morning.
Results come in from your timer or your own timing mats with every split, places are worked out by distance, age group and category, DNFs are marked, and results publish to the race website and to each runner’s own app as they cross the line.
Yes. Import them from a CSV or from a RunSignup, Race Roster or njuko export, along with an existing race’s distances and prices, so this year’s edition starts from last year’s.
In Calisto Active, the personal app that comes with every Calisto account: they find your race, enter it, and follow their entry, their results and their personal bests there. A runner never needs to open Endurance.
Endurance is included with a Calisto Ops or Commerce plan. On its own, it is priced per business. The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority.
