Questions about switching
How do we bring our Prism.fm data over?
Export your contacts and events from Prism.fm as spreadsheets and bring them in with the switch tool's spreadsheet import, or under Events, Import. Calisto has no direct Prism.fm connector.
Do our holds keep their order?
Each date keeps its line of holds on its room, first, second and on, and a hold lapses on the day you set.
Who sells the tickets?
Calisto Tickets sells them, at its own price. Their holders are scanned at Events' Gates, and the settlement reads the actual sales.
