How do we bring our clients over from CoverManager?
Bring a spreadsheet of your clients into the switch tool's spreadsheet import. They come in as clients, ready for their allergies and preferences. Calisto has no direct CoverManager connector.
Can walk-ins wait away from the door?
Yes. A party joins the line from its own phone on the public join page, or the host adds it. It is texted a link to its place in line and texted again when it is its turn.
Can our hotel's guests book the restaurant?
Yes. With an outlet agreement both owners accept, the hotel's desk on Stays sees the wait and the free tables and books for a staying guest, and a room charge posts once to the stay's folio.
