Goodshuffle Pro tracks inventory and generates quotes. RentalTrax manages fleet counts. Neither one stops broken gear going back out, gets a truck to a venue on time, or gives a production manager somewhere to check their own order. Those are the things they remember when they choose next season.

Delivery Operations: Included
Goodshuffle Pro has basic delivery scheduling. RentalTrax has none. Calisto provides full delivery operations with route optimization, crew and truck assignment, barcode-scanned load lists, delivery time windows, client notifications, and proof-of-delivery photo capture with signatures. Drivers see their routes and load lists on mobile. Dispatch tracks all trucks in real-time.
Damage Tracking & Maintenance: Included
Neither Goodshuffle Pro nor RentalTrax tracks damage or maintenance. Calisto provides photo-documented damage tracking with cost allocation to the responsible rental order, and the charge added to that order's invoice automatically. Preventive maintenance schedules with alerts ensure equipment stays in service. Maintenance history builds a complete lifecycle record for every asset in your fleet.
Proposals & Client Portal: Included
Goodshuffle Pro generates basic quotes. RentalTrax generates nothing. Calisto Proposals creates branded, interactive proposals with product photos, quantities, delivery details, and terms. Clients review and approve online. Calisto Sign captures e-signatures. Navigator gives every client a portal to view orders, follow delivery status, and make payments.
9-Stage Warehouse Pipeline: Included
Goodshuffle Pro has no warehouse pipeline. RentalTrax tracks fleet counts. Calisto provides a full drag-and-drop 9-stage Kanban from Pending to Restocked with barcode and QR scanning at every step, straight from the browser camera with no app to install, plus auto-generated packing slips, digital sign-off, and multi-warehouse support with inter-location transfers.

Does Calisto handle sub-rental tracking?

Yes. When your own inventory is fully booked, Calisto tracks sub-rentals from partner companies. Sub-rental costs flow into the order P&L automatically. You maintain one order for the client regardless of whether items come from your fleet or a sub-rental partner.

Can I manage both delivery and will-call pickups?

Yes. Calisto supports delivery orders with route optimization and will-call pickups with counter POS. Walk-in customers can browse availability and rent on the spot. Delivery and pickup schedules share the same inventory availability engine to prevent double-booking.

How does damage tracking work in practice?

When items return from an event, warehouse staff inspect and document damage with photos. Damage records link to the rental order with cost allocation. Damage charges can auto-add to the client invoice or be absorbed as a business expense. Each asset builds a complete damage and maintenance history over its lifecycle.

Can clients build their own rental packages online?

Yes. The Navigator client portal lets clients browse your catalog, check availability for their event dates, build a wishlist, and submit a rental request. Your team reviews and converts it to a proposal. Clients approve and sign online. Deposit collection triggers automatically.

How does pricing work?
