How do we bring our Overture data over?
Export your contacts and bookings from Overture to Excel and drop the files into the switch tool. Artists come in as contacts and booked dates as Talent bookings. Calisto has no direct Overture connector.
Can our acts see their statements?
Yes. Each act sees its dates, statements, advances still netting back and royalties in the client portal, and can ask about any line on a statement.
Do withholding tax and other currencies carry through?
Yes. Withholding is a deal term on the Offer and a line on the Statement. A line in another currency converts at the rate your business sets and keeps its own amount.
