Every departure and every hire, in one app.
Run a tour operator or a rental yard from one app. Make departures from templates, price each customer type with its own seats, check guests in on a phone even without signal, and get every bike, kayak and boat out and back with the deposit settled at the return.
Everything a tour operator and a rental yard run, in one place
For walking, food and city tours, boat trips and excursions, outdoor and adventure activities, attractions, and bike, kayak, boat, scooter and vehicle hire.

Every departure, every guest and every price, set once.
Make your departures from templates, decide when a short one runs, and sell each customer type its own price and seats, with extras, combos, passes, gift vouchers and resellers on the same seats.
Say when a tour runs once, and the departures are made for you.
Made from your templates
Daily, weekly, weekends only, for a season or just once. Departures are made from the template for the next ninety days, skipping your days off, and never twice.
الحد الأدنى للتشغيل
Set how many guests a departure needs and when that is decided. If it is short, the team is told, or the departure is called off and every guest refunded, as you choose.
Weather call-off
Call a departure off for the weather and your weather policy decides whether each guest is refunded, given credit or rebooked. Everyone on it is told.
The departure is on sale. Now it has to run: a guide, a vehicle, the pickups and everyone checked in.
The guide, the van, the manifest and the waivers, on one departure.
Run each departure with its guide and its vehicle, collect guests at their pickup points, and check everyone in on a phone, signal or not, with your waivers enforced as you decide.
Who runs each departure, what it runs with, and where it collects its guests.
The guide’s day
Assigning a guide puts the departure on their day in Dispatch. Move the departure or call it off, and their day changes with it.
The vehicle
The van, bus or boat is a unit in your fleet. A departure holds it like a hire, so it is refused when it is out, down for repair or on another tour.
نقاط الاستلام
Hotel lobbies and meeting points with their times, and the driver’s pickups for the day with how many guests wait at each.
The bike goes out. The bike comes back.
Every unit on one register, every hire on its rental period, and every return charged by your own rules.
Every unit out, every unit back, every charge on the bill.
Hire out bikes, kayaks, boats and vehicles by the hour or the day, hand them only to who may take them, and let the return charge itself: late, usage, fuel and the deposit.
Every unit you hire out, what it goes out for, and when it cannot.
One register of units
Every bike, kayak, boat, scooter and vehicle is a unit on one register, so a boat running a tour this morning cannot also be hired out this morning.
Rental periods
By the hour, the half day, the day, the week or the month, each with its own price, its shortest and longest hire, and its grace period.
Downtime
Take a unit out of service for a repair or its service, and it comes off hire until it is back.
The desk is one door. Your website, your resellers and the channels you connect sell the same seats.
Sell everywhere, from one set of seats.
Experiences connects to GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook and PrioTicket as your reservation system, gives every tour its Google booking link, links rental calendars by iCal, and puts Book a tour and Book a rental on your own website.
The channels call Experiences as your reservation system, so they book the same departures and the same seats.
GetYourGuide and Viator
Experiences connects to GetYourGuide and Viator as your reservation system. You link your own channel account in Sync, and each channel opens once its certification with an operator is complete.
Klook and PrioTicket
Experiences connects to Klook and PrioTicket over OCTO, the open standard for tours, with a key Calisto issues for your business.
One seat count
A seat sold on a connected channel is gone from your website, your desk and every other channel, and the Channels screen shows where each channel stands.

Experiences does not stand alone. The guide’s day is in Dispatch, the fleet is Inventory’s register, the waivers are Sign’s and the books are Ledger’s.
Where Experiences touches everything else.
0 of these 8 connections are in your plan today. The rest stay visible so you know the instrument is there before you need it.
Sync
GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook and PrioTicket are linked in Sync, and each channel books Experiences’ departures through the same seat count.
Sites
Your website’s Book a tour and Book a rental book Experiences’ departures and units, with your customer types, extras and waivers.
Sign
The waivers guests sign are Sign’s, and Experiences enforces them at check-in as you set it.
Payments
Bookings are paid through your own gateway, the rental deposit is held on the card at collection, and gift voucher balances are held in Payments.
Dispatch
A guide assigned to a departure gets it as a task on their day in Dispatch, moved or cancelled with the departure.
Inventory
Every rental unit and tour vehicle is a unit on Inventory’s asset register, so a boat on a tour cannot be hired out at the same time.
Assure
Assure inspects the same fleet units Experiences hires out and sends on tours.
Ledger
The books are Ledger’s, built into Experiences, posting each tour booking on its departure’s day and each hire as rental income.
No setup cost. Pay when you start using.

Questions about Calisto Experiences
Tour operators and activity providers; recreation and vehicle rental — bikes, kayaks, boats, scooters and cars hired by the hour or the day; and attractions and parks — family entertainment centres, trampoline parks, bowling, escape rooms, museums and theme parks selling timed entry and passes. A business that runs tours and hires out gear runs both from the same app.
Experiences connects to GetYourGuide and Viator as your reservation system, and to Klook and PrioTicket over OCTO. You link your own channel account in Sync, and the channel books your departures from the same seats as your website and your desk. Yes. Each tour has the customer types you define, such as adult, child, senior, student or family, each with its own price, its own ages and the seats one person takes. A baby on a lap can take no seat and a tandem two.
You set the minimum to run and when it is decided. If the departure is short at that moment, the team is told, or the departure is called off and every guest refunded, whichever you chose. A call-off for the weather follows your weather policy: a refund, credit or a new date.
Yes. The guide scans each confirmation code on a phone. With no signal it keeps checking guests in and sends every scan when it is back online. A guest only the desk can let in is held for the desk.
You write the waiver in Sign and choose, per tour, what happens to a guest who has not signed: turned away, let in and flagged, or let in. Guests booking on your website sign as part of booking, and anyone who has not can sign on the spot before they are checked in.
By the rules you set on each rental: a late fee per rental period after the grace period, a fee for every kilometre, mile or engine hour over the allowance, and a refuel fee when it comes back below the level you ask. They are worked out at the return and put on the bill. A figure the desk enters itself stands.
The deposit is held on the renter’s card when they collect, through your own payment gateway. At the return it is released on a clean return, or the charges are taken from it, up to what is held. It is never taken when a rental is booked online.
Experiences is included with a Calisto Ops or Commerce plan. On its own, it is priced per business. The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority.
