No. The Velocity circle sits on every page of every Calisto app: start a timer, log time already worked, submit the week and capture an expense from wherever they are. Anyone on your team, or holding one of your stations, can use it.
It is locked, and its billable hours wait for pre-bill review: write them up or down, defer them or mark them non-billable, with the original kept beside the change. Then one click puts them on the invoice, grouped the way you choose.
Your choice, as a setting: as a line on the pay report your payroll provider takes, or paid directly to the person as a payable. An expense can also be billed to the client or costed to a project.
The project’s, which is its client’s. Several projects go on one invoice only when they share a currency, and nothing is converted for you.
