In the studio. Online. Both.
Most clients train with you some days and on their own the rest. Sell them one package that covers both, and see what every holder has left.
Members, plans and the door.
Run your gym or studio’s memberships: plans and joining fees, dues that renew on a card or a direct debit on file, freezes, waivers and day passes. One door decides who gets in — at the desk, the kiosk and the lock — and a member whose payment failed, whose membership lapsed or whose waiver is missing is turned away with the reason.
One package. In the studio and online.
Sell coaching the way you actually deliver it. A package can hold studio sessions and an online programme at the same time, so the client who trains with you twice a week and on their own the other five days buys one thing. Each session they book is spent from it, each workout you assign reaches them online, and you see what every holder has left.
Build it once. Assign it to every client who needs it.
Your programmes, exercises and meal plans live in one library. Build a workout from it, assign it to one client or several, and reschedule it when their week changes. Clients join by invitation, and once they accept, what you assign lands in their own app, Calisto Fit, where they log every set against your plan.
The programme gives the client a plan. The package pays for it. The sessions give them somewhere to be.
Your timetable, your rooms, your door.
Set up the session types you run, the studios and rooms they run in, how many each holds and the equipment in them. Publish the timetable, run courses as series, and let clients book from their own app with a waitlist when a session is full. At the door, check them in against what they booked, and the session is spent from their package.
Entries. Race day. Results.
Put on the race your clients are training for, from the first entry to the last certificate.
Put on the race, from the first entry to the last certificate.
Entries are sold through the Tickets checkout. Everything after that happens in Active: waivers, bibs, corrals and teams before the day; packet pickup and race control on it; timing, results, certificates and finish photos afterwards. Runners find the race, enter it and follow their result in Calisto Fit, over the same records your team works from.
Be found nearby. See how the business is going.
Publish one profile and list your sessions, packages and programmes. People looking for a trainer find them in Calisto Fit, under Near You. Analytics reads your own sessions, packages and coaching. Activity totals come only from clients who chose to share them with you, never a route or a single workout, and none show until at least three clients share.
Active does not stand alone. A session is on the Bookings calendar, a race entry is a ticket, and your clients train, book and log from Calisto Fit, which comes with their account.

4 of these 6 connections are in your plan today. The rest stay visible so you know the instrument is there before you need it.
Fit
What you assign lands in your client’s Calisto Fit, where they book your sessions, hold your packages and log every set, at no cost to them.
Bookings
A session your client books is the same session on your Bookings schedule, with one roster and one waitlist between them.
Registry
Packages and passes sit on the one pass model Registry keeps, so a booked session is spent from the pass the client bought.
Tickets
A race entry is sold through the Tickets checkout, and the runner it creates is the one your race team manages in Active.
Campaigns
Everyone who enters a race joins that race’s audience, so Campaigns can write to them without anybody exporting a list.
Reputation
Reputation asks for the review at the point a client has just finished a session or a package, rather than at a random interval.

Questions about Calisto Active
Gyms and studios, personal trainers and coaching teams, and anyone who puts on races. A gym runs its members, plans, dues, classes and door here; a coach runs clients, programmes and packages; a race director runs entries to results. Memberships run on the engine every Calisto app shares, so a member is the same record wherever you see them.
Yes, and that is the point of it. A package can hold sessions in your studio and an online programme together, or either on its own. Each session a client books is spent from it, the workouts you assign reach them online, and you see what every holder has left.
By invitation. You invite someone by email or phone, and nobody is coached until they accept. A client is never a member of your team: they see what you assign and the sessions they can book, in their own app, Calisto Fit, which comes with their Calisto account.
Only what they choose. You see every set a client logs against the plan you gave them. Their own activity is theirs: a client can share activity totals with your business, off by default and revocable, and analytics shows no total until at least three clients share. A route or a single activity is never shown.
Yes. Entries are sold through the Tickets checkout, and everything after that happens in Active: waivers, bibs, corrals and teams, packet pickup and race control on the day, then timing, results, certificates and finish photos. Runners follow their entry and result in Calisto Fit.
Yes, where your payment provider can charge again. The member keeps a card or a direct-debit mandate on file with your own provider — GoCardless, Mollie, Adyen or Paystack today — and each renewal is charged to it; a failed payment is retried on your schedule and the door is told if it lapses. Calisto never stores the card. With any other provider, renewals go out as a payment link.
If your race allows it. You choose whether entries can move, the last day they can, and a transfer fee in its own currency. The runner pays the fee first, and the person they send it to claims it with their own details and waiver.
Wellhub, yes: your chosen classes and their seats go to Wellhub, its bookings land in your roster and its check-ins are validated. Wellhub issues your credentials, and we set the connection up with you in Sync. ClassPass is connected on request, set up with you the same way, because its partner API is open only to the scheduling providers it approves.
Active is included with a Calisto Ops or Commerce plan. On its own, it is priced per business by how many active coaching clients you have. The pricing section on this page reads the live catalogue and is the authority.
Your programmes, exercises and meal plans are your business’s. A client’s own activities are written to their personal account and stay theirs whichever business they train with; you see what they log against the workouts you assigned.
