Questions about switching
Can my campaigns come from my own domain?
No. Campaigns are always sent from Calisto's campaign domain, with the business's verified sender address as the display name and the reply-to address, so replies reach the business.
Whose numbers send my texts and WhatsApp messages?
The business's own. Texts go out from its own Twilio account and WhatsApp campaigns from its own WhatsApp number, connected once under Settings and shared with Inbox.
Can I bring my blocklist?
Yes. The suppression list takes a file import of another tool's blocklist, and a suppressed address is never sent marketing. If the list cannot be read, the send stops.
Where do replies to a campaign go?
A reply to a WhatsApp campaign lands in Inbox. A reply to a text goes to the business's own Twilio number, where a STOP withdraws that person's SMS consent at once.
