Each standard is either “Entities may change”, where HQ’s value applies until a business sets its own, or “HQ manages”, where it is read-only in every business and every app and changed only in Blueprint.
Identity, contact, address, hours, locale, brand, catalogs and work.

Sales tax, VAT and tourist tax, kept in step in every business as HQ changes them.
Whoever pays governs billing and people and privacy. HQ sets those for a business only when HQ pays for it.
