Does Calisto include an exercise library?

Yes. Calisto includes a customizable exercise library with video demonstrations. You can add your own exercises with custom video, import from our starter library, and build reusable program templates. Exercise history and personal records are tracked per client automatically.

Can my clients use Calisto on their phone?

Yes. Calisto Navigator is a fully responsive web portal that works on any device: phone, tablet, or desktop. Clients access workouts, book sessions, message you, view their progress, and manage payments from their phone browser. No app store download required, which means instant access and no update friction.

How does Calisto handle group classes?

Calisto supports group class scheduling with capacity limits, waitlists, automated reminders, and recurring schedules. Clients book and pay through their portal. Attendance is tracked automatically. You can run 1-on-1 coaching, group classes, and online programs all from the same platform.

How does pricing work?

Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 71 products with no feature restrictions. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.

Why do you charge a percentage of revenue?

Because it makes us partners, not a vendor. A flat subscription means your software company collects the same fee in your best month and your worst. A revenue share means we only grow when you grow. Slow month or off-season? Your bill scales down with you.
