Migration guide

Move your data from Hostaway

Hostaway does not accept requests from a browser on a key you can create, so its data comes across by its own export file. You drop the file, see how the columns map, and each record lands once.

Export file

Exporting from Hostaway

  1. In Hostaway, open Reservations and set the filters (all dates, all channels).
  2. Click Download Report and choose the complete list of fields.
  3. For guest details, use Guest Data → CSV from the reservations table.
  4. Drop each file below.
