Can we move our bookings over from Ventrata?

Yes. Export your upcoming bookings from Ventrata as a file and import them into Calisto Experiences. Each one becomes a Booking on its departure or session, with its customer types, extras and a Confirmation the guest can show at Check-In.

Which booking channels does Calisto Experiences connect to?

Experiences connects to GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook and PrioTicket as your reservation system, each opening once its certification is complete (with Sync), adds Google Things to Do booking links, and lets hotel desks and agents sell as Resellers on Net Rates or commission. One seat count covers your website, your desk and every channel.

Does it handle rentals as well as tours?

Experiences includes a full rentals side for bikes, kayaks, boats and vehicles: rental periods, Hand Out / Take Back, card holds and deposits, damage charges, deliveries and a fleet map. Tours and rentals share one fleet register.
