Questions about switching

How do we bring our Guesty data over?

In Guesty, set up a reservations report under Analytics with the guest name, email, phone and currency, download the CSV and drop it into the switch tool. Clients and stays come across into Stays.

Can our owners see their statements?

Yes. Owners sign in to their own portal, with Navigator, to read each published statement, book their own stays and approve repairs above the limit in their agreement.

Does Calisto offer damage protection?

No. A stay can take a deposit or a Card Hold under the business's own policies, and a damage report opens a task at the home.
