Does Calisto support GolfNow and TeeOff distribution?
Yes. Calisto integrates with GolfNow, TeeOff, and other tee-time marketplaces through our Sync product. Tee times are distributed automatically with real-time availability updates. Plus GHIN handicap data syncs natively, no manual uploads required.
Can members still charge to their account at the restaurant?
Absolutely. Calisto's unified POS lets members charge to their account at the pro shop, restaurant, bar, grill room, or any outlet. All charges post to a single member folio. Members see their full statement in the Navigator portal.
What about our tournament management?
Calisto handles tournament creation, registration, scoring, leaderboards, and results publishing. Combined with the Events product for banquets and awards ceremonies, and Circle for sponsorship tracking, you get end-to-end tournament operations in one platform.
How does pricing work?
Setting up costs nothing and no card is required. You get full access to all 71 products with no feature restrictions. Core carries no additional cost. Commerce is a 1% revenue share. Every other suite is priced per app in the Marketplace.
Why do you charge a percentage of revenue?
Because it makes us partners, not a vendor. A flat subscription means your software company collects the same fee in your best month and your worst. A revenue share means we only grow when you grow. Slow month or off-season? Your bill scales down with you.
