Can attendees still pay with Pix and boleto after switching from Ticket Sports?

Yes, where the business's gateway offers them. Calisto connects region-native gateways with local methods such as Pix and boleto, and every ticket is paid in the event's own currency, never converted.

How does Check-In work after leaving Ticket Sports?

Check-In runs in the browser on any phone or tablet, with a ticket scan at the door and a bib desk. Add-ons such as the shirt and medal are handed over at the same desk, it keeps working with no signal, and a second hand-over of the same bib is refused.

Can I bring my Ticket Sports entries and results into Calisto Endurance?

Yes. Tickets, results and distances import from a file, and each imported attendee becomes a record in the business's account. Last edition's attendees can then be invited to enter first with Campaigns, where their consent decides who is contacted.
