Yes. One engine prices nights, each ticket type with Tickets, and time slots: tours, classes, tee times and appointments.

Does anything publish without us?

Only a rule you put on Autopilot. Every rule starts on Review, and a price someone set by hand is never overwritten.

Where do the prices go once published?

To online booking, which charges them, and to every connected channel within a minute, with Sync.
