Where do form submissions go?

A Forms form with the Create a Ticket action puts each submission on Desk’s queue as a ticket, on its response targets, so it is answered from one place.

Can customers find answers on their own?

Each business has a help center with its articles by category, searchable, on its own domain if you connect one, and Was This Helpful? under every article.

Can I answer from my phone?

Desk installs with Home, Tickets, Threads and Dial tabs, and a notification carries Assign to Me and Reply.
