Does my existing hardware work?
Yes, in most cases. MikroTik, UniFi, Omada, Aruba, RUCKUS, Juniper Mist, Fortinet, Cambium and the other connected systems send guests to your Calisto sign-in page, and a router with no connector still runs Open or Shared Password with its own setup steps.
What happens to my guest list?
Bring the contacts you hold into the business's shared contacts in Deals (Settings, Import & Data, Import Contacts). A guest who later signs in with the same email lands on that contact rather than a new one.
How do follow-up emails and texts work?
A captured, returning or lapsed guest is an Automations trigger. Rules send from Campaigns by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and only to guests who ticked the marketing box.
Where do review requests come from?
Reputation asks a customer after a real visit, sends one reminder, offers a low rating the private feedback form first and still shows the public link.
