Questions about switching
How do my checklists come over?
Each checklist is made again as a Checklist Template, with its sections, repeating sections, rating scale and readings with their safe ranges, or started from a starter with Add to My Templates. Each save is a numbered version, and an inspection already sent keeps the version it was sent with.
Where are incidents reported from the first day?
An injury, a near miss or a hazard is reported from Safety or from the phone's New Incident shortcut, naming the unit or equipment it happened with. One reported with no signal is held and sent once, and the responder answers On My Way.
What happens to my open actions?
Open actions are entered again as findings, each with its severity, recommended action, cost, timeframe and photos. Send to Dispatch raises the corrective action and its work order task, and the fix is verified by someone other than the person who did it.
How do my people and their certifications come across?
Each person is added once in Workforce and is the same person in every Calisto app. Their certifications are kept there and watched in Expiring, and the holder is warned before each one lapses. Licenses, permits and insurance policies are added as Credentials.
